Your primary responsibility will be to work alongside Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs) to guarantee that all shifts are adequately covered and that our residents receive the highest quality of care. This role is crucial in maintaining operational efficiency and promoting a culture of safety and excellence, ensuring that our staffing meets both the needs of our clients and the standards of our dedicated healthcare team.
