About The Position

About the Role: This is not your typical scheduling job . If you enjoy solving puzzles, thinking fast, and keeping multiple moving parts in order, this is the role for you. As our Home Care Scheduler , you’ll coordinate care for dozens of clients and caregivers each day, handle last-minute call-outs, adjust schedules on the fly, and make sure everyone gets the care they need. It’s fast-paced, challenging, and requires quick thinking, but when you get it right, the entire day runs smoothly. Think of it as Tetris—but with real lives and real schedules .

Responsibilities

• Build and manage daily schedules for clients and caregivers, balancing availability, preferences, and urgent changes.
• Respond quickly to call-outs, reschedules, and emergencies, adjusting the schedule to keep everything running.
• Communicate directly with clients and caregivers to confirm shifts and resolve conflicts.
• Anticipate potential scheduling issues and proactively adjust to prevent disruptions.
• Collaborate with the team to improve efficiency and ensure quality care.
