Analyze and Improve: Track performance, adjust outreach, and identify new growth opportunities. Requirements

  • 2+ years in healthcare, pharma, or medical device sales (home care, hospice, senior services strongly preferred)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive self-starter who thrives with independence and collaboration

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of Twin Cities healthcare landscape a strong plus
