About The Position

The Home Health Sales Executive is responsible for promoting homecare services by building relationships with healthcare professionals such as physicians, hospital staff, and case managers. This role involves preparing business plans, maintaining target lists, and gathering account-related information to identify key customer opportunities and pricing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of healthcare or related industry sales experience.
• Excellent selling, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to represent the Company service capabilities to targeted referral sources.
• Previous healthcare sales experience preferred, such as selling in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), DME, ortho, cardio, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a clinical liaison preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities' management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote homecare services.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare business plans and maintain target lists, prioritizing accounts according to the market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on key customer opportunities, service line extensions, and proposal or contract pricing.
