About The Position

Nightingale Home Healthcare is seeking a high-performing Healthcare Sales Executive to expand referral relationships and generate Medicare home health admissions. We are looking for someone who understands how to work with hospitals, discharge planners, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities to consistently bring in referrals. This role is ideal for a results-driven healthcare sales professional capable of generating at least 25+ Medicare admissions per month. Our organization is committed to delivering high-quality care while building strong partnerships with healthcare providers throughout Minnesota. Top performers who consistently generate 20+ admissions per month have the opportunity to earn well above industry averages.

Requirements

  • Healthcare or Home Health Sales Experience Preferred
  • Experience working with Medicare referral sources
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to consistently generate referrals and admissions

Responsibilities

  • Develop referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, and assisted living communities
  • Generate Medicare home health admissions
  • Maintain strong relationships with discharge planners and case managers
  • Educate referral sources on Nightingale’s services
  • Track referral activity and admissions performance
  • Represent the agency professionally within the healthcare community
