About The Position

At Mary Free Bed at Home, we’re looking to add to our extraordinary care team. Grounded by our belief that outstanding care is best delivered in a team-based environment, our home health registered nurses lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans. In partnership with Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital, Mary Free Bed at Home is an accredited recognized leader in home health. We deliver industry-leading therapy and nursing expertise and services that exceed national benchmarks throughout the West Michigan service area. This position supports patients in Grand Rapids and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year! With our continued growth in this region, we’re looking for nurses who have at least one year of Home Health experience to make an immediate impact. Requirements

  • RN license in the state you work
  • Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing
  • One year of RN experience and the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care
  • Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
  • A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
  • The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
  • Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
