This is a full time position that will service the North Phoenix area (Cave Creek, Carefree, North Scottsdale) OR the Central/Southern Phoenix area (Peoria, South Mountain, Laveen). Annual salary range $80000 - $90000 per year (depending on experience), plus travel expenses. Company phone and laptop are provided. Requirements

Current RN license in the State of Arizona
Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care
Ability to work independently and make a real difference
