Residential Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse Case Manager. Requirements
- RN license in the state you work
- Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing
- One year of RN experience
- Clinical competence to deliver quality patient care
- Current driver’s license
- Ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
- A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
- The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
- Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
