About The Position

At AHN Healthcare@Home, in partnership with Allegheny Health Network, we are expanding our nationally recognized home health and hospice care team. This role is for a Home Health RN who will work at the top of their license, acting as the physician’s eyes and ears in the home, delivering vital hands-on care, and making critical decisions. Requirements

• Active RN license in the state in which you work with at least one year of clinical experience delivering quality care.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to patient locations (~20% of the day).
• Strong time management, tech proficiency (EMR, mobile devices), and commitment to timely charting.
• Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment is part of our background process, which includes medical and recreational marijuana.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
