Seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse for a 7 On 7 Off On Call position in the Kansas City, MO area. Requirements

Active RN Nursing License in the state.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent organizational and self-management skills.
Strong and compassionate customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Skilled Visits to patients based on their needs.
Daily patient interaction, ensuring comfort and support.
Education on health conditions including, but not limited to, CHF, COPD, Diabetes.
Wound care and assessments.
Medication management and administration.
Change dressings, bandages, and other contraptions as prescribed.
Documentation of patient’s condition, reporting any significant changes to the physician.
Collaboration with other healthcare professionals, including Physical, Speech, and Occupational Therapists.
