About The Position

Home Health RN – Inspired Home Care Serving 10 counties: Cook, Will, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, McHenry, Lake, Ogle, DeKalb, LaSalle Inspired Home Care is growing fast, and we're hiring PRN and Part-Time RNs immediately . Requirements

• Active RN license
• At least 1 year of in‑home care experience
• Strong communication and time‑management skills
• Compassionate, patient‑focused approach
• Ability to travel to multiple patients daily

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Home Care Home Base or Kinnser

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions at each visit and document findings
• Complete evaluations: vitals, medication review, OASIS assessments, wound care, IV therapy
• Manage and monitor wound healing
• Educate patients and families on home‑care procedures
• Collaborate with PT, OT, ST, physicians, and the full care team
• Recommend tools or devices that improve patient quality of life
• Listen, support, and respond to patient needs
