What You’ll Do As a Home Health RN, you’ll be the heart of patient care, bringing clinical expertise and compassion directly into the home. You will: Build meaningful relationships with patients and families Create personalized care plans that truly make an impact Coordinate care as a trusted Case Manager Educate and empower patients and caregivers with confidence Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that shares your commitment to excellence What We Offer Flexible schedules to fit your life and support balance Ongoing professional development and training A truly collaborative team that celebrates your success What We’re Looking For Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Nevada 3 years of nursing experience preferred (Home Health or MedSurg a plus) Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care Current CPR certification Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation The employer for this position is stated in the job posting. Requirements
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Nevada
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- 3 years of nursing experience preferred (Home Health or MedSurg a plus)
