About The Position

We are seeking a Home Health Per-Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. We are dedicated to providing high-quality care in a compassionate, family-oriented environment, fostering a positive and collaborative culture built on trust, communication, and person-centered care. As a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for planning and delivering nursing care to patients in their homes, adhering to current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The goal is to ensure the highest degree of quality care and dignity is maintained at all times. In this role, you will also act as a nurse leader, guiding and supporting a team of LVN/LPNs and CNAs to ensure optimal care for our patients.

Requirements

Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Ability to make quick judgments and work independently
Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines
At least one year of RN clinical work experience
Ability to effectively utilize EMR and other technology to maintain HIPAA privacy, continuity of care, and team communication
Strong critical thinking skills when working independently in the field
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse patient populations
High level of organization and time management to navigate a daily route

Nice To Haves

Home health experience
Experience in acute care and working in a home environment
Experience with KanTime EMR

Responsibilities
