Haven Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced home health RN ready to step into a leadership role as a Clinical Supervisor. Requirements
- Active RN license in Missouri, in good standing
- Minimum of one year of home health case management experience required
- OASIS experience required
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfort with EMR systems and willingness to travel locally
Nice To Haves
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure safe, compliant, high-quality patient care
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to field clinicians
- Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
- Support case management and clinical decision-making
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Provide direct patient care as needed and participate in on-call rotation
