Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a home care setting
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex situations effectively
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Home health experience, including OASIS
- Clinical experience with: Catheter management Wound care IV therapy Disease process education
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to a multidisciplinary team including RNs, CNAs, and rehab professionals
- Support clinical operations and ensure high-quality patient care in the home health setting
- Mentor and develop team members to promote growth and accountability
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate patient care and services
- Assist with clinical decision-making and problem-solving across a variety of patient needs
