Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
  • Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
  • Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a home care setting
  • Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex situations effectively

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Home health experience, including OASIS
  • Clinical experience with: Catheter management Wound care IV therapy Disease process education

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to a multidisciplinary team including RNs, CNAs, and rehab professionals
  • Support clinical operations and ensure high-quality patient care in the home health setting
  • Mentor and develop team members to promote growth and accountability
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate patient care and services
  • Assist with clinical decision-making and problem-solving across a variety of patient needs
