Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager– Home Health Position is Full Time Hourly ~ Monday through Friday~ Occasional Weekends This Is Nursing the Way It Was Meant to Be—Personal, Unhurried, and Centered on the Patient. Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Current BLS certification (AHA)
  • Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
  • Leadership mindset with flexibility and initiative
