What You’ll Earn: $90,000–$110,000/year for full-time roles, based on experience Top pay for RNs with OASIS and home health expertise Performance bonuses based on productivity — you control your upside Top per-visit rates for PRN for experiences nurses Mileage reimbursement, PTO, health insurance, and more (for eligible roles)

Requirements

• Active RN license in Colorado
• Home health and OASIS experience preferred — the more the better
• Reliable, organized, clinically sound, and patient-centered

Responsibilities

• Perform Start of Care, Recertification, and Discharge OASIS assessments
• Manage a home health caseload with clinical autonomy
• Collaborate closely with our supportive, nurse-led leadership team
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
