Requirements
- Valid registered nursing license (required).
- 1+ years of registered nursing experience.
- Associate degree in nursing (required).

- Home health experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Providing skilled care tailored to each patient's needs, facilitating their journey towards independence.
- Conducting thorough initial assessments to develop personalized care plans in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
- Educating patients and their families on ongoing care strategies and lifestyle improvements.
- Coordinating and administering skilled treatments aimed at enhancing patient well-being and overall health.
