About The Position

The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians' orders for each individual patient while adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times. Part-Time weekly visits needed for Fergus Falls, MN communities. Will participate in a on-call rotation. Why Join Us? Requirements

  • Active RN license in state of residence
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license, current car insurance and reliable transportation
  • employees must comply with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons as appropriate.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 year of nursing experience in home health (OASIS), med surge, ER or hospice
