Requirements
- Must possess a valid Michigan Registered Nurse License
- Experience in a home health care setting is preferred
- Strong clinical assessment skills/
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to create individualized care plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Will need to pass a background check and drug screening
