Requirements

Active Registered Nurse License valid in the state of practice
Minimum of 1 year home health nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively
CPR certification
Pass drug screening and background checks as required

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Provide skilled nursing care and education to patients and their families
Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and documentation standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
