Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Provide skilled nursing treatments and procedures as required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation and records. Coordinate care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards. Participate in patient education and advocate for patient needs.
Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license for the state of Michigan.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health care.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse patient caseload.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- CPR certification.
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
