Requirements

• Current and valid RN license in the state MI
• Previous experience in home health a plus but willing to train
• Strong assessment, critical thinking skills, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes
• Perform assessments, wound care, medication management, and patient education
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams
