Requirements
- RN with a current Georgia license
- BLS certification
- A passion for home health care
- At least two years of experience, preferably with older populations
- Be well-versed in home care regulations
- A reliable vehicle
- Current auto insurance
- Professional Liability Insurance
- COVID-19 vaccine/screening
- Negative TB report
Responsibilities
- You will oversee and supervise the care of clients with complex needs
- Ensure that care plans are effectively developed and followed
- Provide essential support and training to your team
- Direct communication with clients and care coordinators to continually enhance the quality of care.
