About The Position

We are seeking a Full-Time (Monday through Friday 8am-5pm) Registered Nurse (RN) for a skilled nursing position in home health care, working with adult and geriatric medical/surgical patients. You’ll work with a well-established, stable home health agency. This is a field-based position where you’ll manage care plans as a “case manager.”

Requirements

1 year of experience working with adult or geriatric medical/surgical patients
Must have a current RN license in the state of practice.
U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder required.
