About The Position
Dependable Nursing is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team serving Southwest Phoenix , including areas south of Northern Avenue, west of I-17, and Laveen . This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package .
Requirements
- Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and communicate changes to the healthcare team
- Educate patients and families on disease management and care needs
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in compliance with home health regulations
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care
