About The Position

Built for Nurses who want autonomy — not isolation. Health Link Home Health & Hospice is a trusted provider across the Bay Area for nearly 20 years. We are currently seeking a compassionate and organized Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Peninsula team. Whether you are a seasoned Home Health veteran or a hospital nurse looking for a change of pace, we offer a structure that respects your license, rewards your expertise, and supports you in the field. Why Peninsula Nurses Choose Health Link Smart Territory Management: We know traffic on the Peninsula can be unpredictable. We work hard to keep your caseload geographically tight (e.g., North vs. South County) to minimize windshield time. Stable, Consistent Income: We offer a competitive compensation structure designed to provide financial stability, regardless of daily census fluctuations. Smart Documentation: We use AI-assisted charting software (Kinnser) to drastically reduce your documentation time. Real-Time Support: You are never alone. Our clinical leadership and intake teams are available for real-time field support when you need orders or coordination.
