About The Position
The Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) position at PAM Health at Home involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficient skills in using the Oasis system to manage patient admissions, transfers, re-certifications, and discharges in accordance with physician orders. This role requires the RN to effectively case manage and coordinate care with Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to ensure comprehensive patient care. The RN will be responsible for maintaining compliance with agency policies and procedures while fostering positive relationships with patients, families, and staff. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work in various settings, primarily on the road, providing care to patients in Buda and surrounding areas. The role is available in part-time, full-time, PRN, and per diem capacities, making it suitable for a range of candidates looking for different work arrangements.
