About The Position

Position Responsibilities:
Develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs
Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews
Schedule interviews for all hiring managers
Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting
• Caregiver recruiting required
• Home care recruiting highly preferred
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Social Media Recruitment experience
• Experience attending events
• Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
