About The Position
The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, conducting, and implementing physical therapy treatment plans program in accordance with the medical referral. Participates and functions as an interdisciplinary team member who provides assessments/re-assessments and direct patient care in order to restore or maintain a patient's functional status while adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times.
