Home Health Physical Therapist $20,000 Bonus
About The Position
AHN Healthcare@Home is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to join their care team. In partnership with Allegheny Health Network, AHN Healthcare@Home is an accredited leader in home health and hospice, dedicated to providing high-quality patient care in a team-based environment. Physical therapists collaborate to manage and deliver patient care plans, enabling patients to access customized healthcare services in the comfort of their own homes. This position supports patients in Somerset and surrounding areas and includes a $10,000 first-year success bonus and an additional $10,000 sign-on bonus. The company offers a seamless continuum of care across various settings, including home health, hospice, palliative, and infusion therapy services, as well as medical equipment delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required
- Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working
- Minimum of one year healthcare experience
- Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
- A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
- The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
