As a Physical Therapist , you help people regain more than strength — you help them reclaim confidence, independence, and joy. Requirements

  • Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current, unrestricted PT license in the State of Michigan
  • One (1) year of clinical experience (home health preferred)
  • A compassionate heart and a deep respect for patients and families
  • A dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
  • Willingness to travel within the Northern Territory (about 50%)
  • The physical ability to assist, lift, and support patients as needed (50–100 lbs)

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, one-on-one therapy that restores movement, independence, and hope
  • Design and adapt individualized care plans that honor each patient’s goals and abilities
  • Partner with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to create seamless, heartfelt care
  • Teach patients how to regain strength and confidence in the comfort of their own homes
  • Document thoroughly, ensuring that every success and challenge is honored and understood
  • Lead with empathy — guiding, uplifting, and empowering those in your care
