The Role We are seeking compassionate and skilled Physical Therapists to join our team- PRN/Part-time opportunities available. You’ll work with patients in the Brighton/Fort Lupton and surrounding areas, helping them regain mobility and improve their quality of life. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys building strong patient relationships and providing personalized, hands-on care.

Requirements

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid Colorado Physical Therapist license
  • Valid BLS Certification
  • Licensed driver with current auto insurance and good driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home health settings preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care

Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients’ physical conditions and functional abilities using OASIS
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
  • Providing therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercises, and education on injury prevention
  • Monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to care plans as needed
  • Building supportive relationships with patients and their families, helping them through each step of their recovery journey
  • Collaborating with the care team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
