About The Position

In partnership with Allegheny Health Network, AHN Healthcare@Home is an accredited recognized leader in home health and hospice. This position supports patients in Cambria County and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year as well as an additional $10,000 sign-on bonus! AHN Healthcare@Home Allegheny Health Network makes it easier for patients to access a full range of customized healthcare services, in the privacy and comfort of their own homes. Through AHN Healthcare@Home program, they help patients to maintain their independence and continue the healing process at home as long as possible. With home health, hospice, palliative, and infusion therapy services, as well as the delivery of medical equipment and supplies across the Allegheny Health Network, patients receive a seamless continuum of care, in a hospital, at an outpatient care center, at a doctor’s office, or at home.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required
Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
Minimum of one year healthcare experience
Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
