Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience as a licensed PT, preferably home health
- Current Washington PT license
- Current BLS certification
- Dependable, insured vehicle
Responsibilities
- Assess and treat adult patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall function
- Develop personalized care plans based on patient goals and medical needs
- Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions for conditions like arthritis, balance issues, and post-surgery recovery
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and strategies to maintain independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
- Monitor progress and adjust treatments to optimize outcomes

- $115,000 to $135,000 annually, DOE
