Join Alpha Home Health and Hospice as a part or full-time Physical Therapist in North King County! Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience as a licensed PT, preferably home health
  • Current Washington PT license
  • Current BLS certification
  • Dependable, insured vehicle

Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat adult patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall function
  • Develop personalized care plans based on patient goals and medical needs
  • Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions for conditions like arthritis, balance issues, and post-surgery recovery
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and strategies to maintain independence
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatments to optimize outcomes
