The Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) position: We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to provide home health visits. Home health care is a service which provides a wide variety of part-time or intermittent skilled care services that can be provided in the patient's home. The goal of home health care is to help our patients obtain a faster recovery, regain independence, and become as self-sufficient as possible to help prevent rehospitalizations. We are currently interviewing for a FULL TIME position to cover the Robertson, Cheatham and Sumner county area. This position is based out of our NASHVILLE Home Health office.
Requirements
- Current, valid, and unencumbered Tennessee PT license
- Current and valid driver license, transportation, and auto insurance
- One or more years clinical experience
- Self-motivated and customer service oriented
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening
