As a Physical Therapist , you’ll help patients find strength, hope, and independence again. Requirements

  • Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current, unrestricted PT license in the State of Michigan
  • At least one year of clinical experience (home health preferred)
  • A compassionate, reliable spirit and a drive to make a real difference
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and dependable transportation
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Western Michigan territory (approximately 50%)
  • Ability to lift and support patients (50–100 lbs) with care and confidence

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, one-on-one therapy in the comfort of each patient’s home
  • Design care plans that build confidence, movement, and independence
  • Collaborate with nurses, aides, and physicians to provide seamless, whole-person care
  • Empower patients and families through education and encouragement
  • Bring warmth and reassurance to every visit — because care is about people, not paperwork
  • Be a steady presence in times of uncertainty, helping others find strength in the familiar
