Requirements
- Valid PTA license in Kansas or Missouri
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in the home under the direction of a licensed PT
- Follow the physician plan of care to support patient progress
- Communicate with the care team to ensure quality and safety
- Use clinical judgment to deliver effective treatments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Follow all safety, compliance, and infection control standards
