About the Role: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to adult clients in Colorado Springs, CO. You’ll support patients in regaining independence and achieving functional goals through skilled, evidence-based care. Compensation & Scheduling: Competitive Pay: $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (paid at 90 days of full-time employment) Full-Time Availability: 25+ visits per week Flexible Schedule: Designed to support a healthy work-life balance while meeting your professional goals Why Join Amazing Care? Requirements
- A valid Occupational Therapist license in Colorado
- Proven experience in home health or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation
- A flexible and adaptive approach to meet the diverse needs of your clients
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct evaluations using standardized tools and clinical expertise
- Provide therapy focused on ADLs, mobility, safety, and independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and adaptive equipment
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care
