About The Position

Alpha Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for King County. This role offers the opportunity to focus on one patient at a time in a home health setting, aiming to make a lasting impact. Requirements

  • Licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Washington (or eligible before start date)
  • 1–2 years of experience as an OT
  • Current BLS certification
  • Licensed and insured vehicle

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home assessments to identify patient needs, goals, and barriers
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on safety, independence, and quality of life
  • Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated care
  • Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to care plans
  • Ensure compliance with agency policies, procedures, and professional standards
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
