About The Position
Alpha Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for King County. This role offers the opportunity to focus on one patient at a time in a home health setting, aiming to make a lasting impact. Requirements
- Licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Washington (or eligible before start date)
- 1–2 years of experience as an OT
- Current BLS certification
- Licensed and insured vehicle

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home assessments to identify patient needs, goals, and barriers
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on safety, independence, and quality of life
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated care
- Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to care plans
- Ensure compliance with agency policies, procedures, and professional standards
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
