Requirements
- Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance
- Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist by the state
- Must have at least one-year clinical experience
- Must be able to travel to prospective patient's place of residence
Responsibilities
- Administers and writes evaluations of assigned patients in accordance with agency policy and procedures
- Maintains timely and accurate patient records and reports
- Checks in on Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants after every 4-6 patient visits
