This position supports patients in Franklin, PA and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $8,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year!

Requirements

• Must possess a Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience.
• Current driver’s license.
• Ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in home health or hospice care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the care team to manage and deliver patient care plans.
• Support patients in Franklin, PA and surrounding areas.
• Meet critical deadlines for charting.
• Self-manage time and schedule effectively.
• Drive to/from patient locations as needed.
