Your Role & Responsibilities: As a Centria Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care for pediatric patients (birth–21) or adults with complex medical needs. Deliver skilled care, including medication administration, catheter care, and Trach/Vent management. Monitor patient vitals and document conditions using our streamlined HealthTrust EMR. Support families and collaborate with care teams to ensure the best patient outcomes. Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a comfortable home setting. Qualifications: Active RN or LPN license in the State of Michigan. Strong communication skills and a passion for 1:1 care. Home care or private duty experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate! A commitment to maintaining the high standards of our evidence-based protocols.
