They are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse (RN or LPN) in Chimayo, NM, to administer patient care according to physician-established care plans. This is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care provided at the patient’s residence. Patients accepted into the program have no expiration for this benefit, allowing caregivers to build lasting relationships. This specific patient requires 8 hours of care per week, with visits open any day of the week during early-mid morning, mid-late morning, morning, or early-mid afternoon. The nurse will advocate for patients, provide one-on-one care, and collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, Case Managers, and the patient’s physicians. Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.
