About The Position
Goodwin Home Health is currently seeking a Nurse Supervisor that will work with our dynamic and passionate team. We offer work-life balance, along with outstanding pay and benefits. In your role as Nurse Supervisor, you will develop and safely deliver high-quality skilled Home Health nursing services to older adults living in their homes. Goodwin Home Health provides skilled care throughout Northern Virginia, focusing on the counties of: Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Prince William and Loudoun. The Nurse Supervisor will assist the Clinical Nurse Manager in the training and oversight of new/current home health employees in compliance with all regulatory standards. In this position, the employee acts in reflection of Goodwin Home Health's philosophy and mission of providing excellent standards of care as a full-time clinician in the field as well as performing supervisory tasks and additional duties such as meeting attendance and program development in conjunction with the nurse manager.
