Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) required
BLS required
Experience in placing peripheral IV's, accessing ports and working with PICC lines required
Empathy, compassion and kindness a MUST
Ability to use sound judgement and remain calm in a variety of situations
Must be reliable, dependable and on time
Basic computer skills as well as overall technical savviness
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements and must be eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to the dedicated client in their home
Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
Provide skilled nursing services as prescripted under a client's plan of care that can be safely provided in the home, within your scope of practice
Counsel the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs
Meet all documentation requirements according to agency policy and proecedure
Coordinate services by participating in case conferences, case management, team meetings, and staff meetings as indicated
Administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability or behavior
