About The Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a nurse to make a HUGE impact in a child's life. We are looking for a nurse that is ready to take a step back from the chaotic hospital environment and work one-on-one with a child in their home. Home Health nurses are heroes in Centria's mind. They afford these children and their families a piece of normalcy in their lives. Without home health nurses, these children would live at the hospital never knowing what it feels like to be home.
