Position Summary: As a Home Health Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving growth by building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, physicians, hospital discharge planners, and community organizations. Your mission will be to develop and execute a strategic plan to increase referrals, strengthen brand presence, and expand the reach of our home health services within the community.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare sector, preferably in home health, hospice, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, home health regulations, and insurance processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet goals.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new referral relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, physicians, and community organizations.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals for referrals and business growth.
- Conduct market research and develop outreach strategies to increase awareness of our services.
- Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure the seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and community engagements to represent and promote [Your Company Name].
- Deliver presentations and provide education to referral sources about our services and the benefits of home health care.
- Regularly report on sales activities, progress toward targets, and market trends.
