Requirements

An unencumbered Florida Nursing License (required)
One year of experience in skilled, geriatric home health care with proficiency in Medicare OASIS documentation (required)
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required)

Nice To Haves

Two years of experience as an RN in acute care, med/surg, ICU, or ER settings (preferred)

Responsibilities

Supervise home health services to ensure patients receive high-quality care as prescribed by physicians.
Review clinical documentation to ensure compliance with Medicare, Federal, Insurance, and Company guidelines.
Follow and enforce Agency policies and procedures to set a strong example for the team.
Maintain compliance with accepted professional standards, principles, and Standard Operating Procedures.
Stay up to date on all relevant guidelines, policies, and protocols to support quality care.

Benefits

Salary starting at $82,500 and increasing based on experience + quarterly bonus incentives
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM hybrid role (in-office + remote days each month)

EMR & Charting: We utilize WellSky (formerly Kinnser) and provide dictation/transcription tools for efficient documentation
