About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (LVN) to join our Home Health team, providing compassionate and high-quality healthcare services to patients in their homes. Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Experience in home health, urgent care, or critical care settings
• Knowledge of standards of nursing practice

• Familiarity with Athenahealth or similar electronic medical record systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle emergency situations effectively

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
